  • 7-Vegetable Stew with Traditional Moroccan-Style Steamed Couscous (Vegetarian and Chicken versions) with Harissa (Spicy Moroccan Paste)
  • Fish in Charmoula (Baked on a Bed of Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Olives)
  • Chickpeas in Charmoula Vinaigrette
  • Orange and Grated Carrot Salad with Rose Water
  • Tri-Colored Roasted Pepper Salad with Preserved Lemons
  • Citrus Semolina Cookies with Drizzled Chocolate
