Ceviche spoons

By now, you’ve probably heard a lot of terms bandied about in the media such as free radicals, inflammation, oxidative stress and antioxidants. In this class you’ll learn what these and other terms actually mean!

We’ll also go over the role of essential fatty acids as well as fat soluble vitamins and the role they play in maintaining healthy collagen which is essential for vibrant skin.

This class will focus on what to include in a great diet (with room for personal preferences, of course); then progress to a discussion about how you can be an important partner in maintaining your personal best.

Additionally, Myra will demo some anti-inflammatory meals that you can whip up in less than 10 minutes, as well as demo a delicious face mask.
