After years of cooking classes and working with clients with all kinds of eating habits, my earlier two books reflected my then current world. The Healthy Hedonist: More than 200 Delectable Recipes for Relaxed Daily Feasts is ‘flexitarian’ and includes some dairy, eggs, fish and poultry. The emphasis again was while these recipes are healthy, never forget the pleasure, or “hedonist” factor which includes feeling energetic and satisfied after the meal as well as delighted during it.
